  I can't believe Masaaki Yuasa simply went there and made the cheesiest movie ever about dealing with grief and I frickin' loved it.

  It may be one of his "safest" works and despite me liking Yuasa the best when he's at his craziest, it couldn't help but love what he did here. This is a movie about human emotions and arguably the most powerful of them: love.
