    This movie is so delicious, my god. It terrified me as a child, but watching it now is wild.

    The first time I fully watched it was in 2021. I was surprised how good it was, but the formula makes sense: You got Bette Davis. You got Joan Crawford. That’s it, that’s the ballgame. But also: the script, direction, cinematography. It culminates into a catnip plush toy from which I cannot unsink my little fangs.
