Visually this movie is a 10. Lighting, cinematography, colouring, special effects, sets, makeup, costume design, it’s all fantastic. The movie itself is perfectly fine, but the characters are a bit one dimensional not very well defined. Also I don’t really like nosferatu’s design in this one. Bill Skarsgard did a fantastic job in the role, but idk I always thought of Nosferatu as being more creepy than menacing. They got rid of his rats teeth and gave him a moustache. Idk just doesn’t feel like Nosferatu. To be fair I’ve never seen the original. This movie is also pretty horny.

Happiness 2021
Compared to other Korean zombie shows I’ve seen, this one definitely takes things in a different direction. There are almost no zombies to speak of throughout the entire show. I’d say my main criticisms are that this show really doesn’t feel like a zombie show. In terms of lighting, costume design, set design and cinematography, this show feels like any other Kdrama. Episodes are also very long and there are plenty of points where it feels like nothing is happening.…
