Stuntman Mike picks up girls, pretends to be all nice but then smashes into them in his death proof stunt car, leaving them mostly dead. But not Zoe Bell & her pals, because they KICK HIS ASS and then he cries like a little weasel. Best Tarantino film for me, very underrated - probably because it’s full of strong women which male viewers aren’t that bothered about.

Continuing the climb and eventual downfall of Al Corleone the Godfather part II shows us how fabulous one can still look whilst being an angry, moody mafia killer. Robbie de Niro shows up as a young Vito Corleone, all casual with his jaunty hat and a liking for oranges (clearly another trait passed on through genes as we later see Michael eating one, albeit like an apple)
Uncle Junior is unrecognisable until he speaks and then you can’t unsee him, especially when he becomes Cake Monitor at Hyman Roths special birthday party.
