Very good. It beautifully resembles other American horror films from the early 2000s; I see it as a tribute to those movies. (Is it really that few people notice, claiming that cliché chases cliché here?), offering in return good acting and equally good direction (just look at how Caplan and Starr play with their characters!). And the idea of introducing a school bully and his gang in the third act, as well as staging scenes with them - pure delight.
