Marriage Story 2019
Incredibly fleshed out picture of a marriage. we watch a family in its most trying time, but Baumbach never lets us forget the peaks. You can't help watching this and wishing that everyone's needs could be fulfilled within the marriage or they could go back and say something they should have or take back something they shouldn't have said. However the realities of life don't give us these luxuries. It's the mutual understanding and disdain for this that both characters needn't say because words couldn't begin to do it justice. Maybe in a different life, but then again, we still got this one.
