There are two stupid things about this movie. The first stupidity is how ham fisted the directing and pacing seem to be in this film: it's got all the subtlety and tact of a tequila-drunk cowboy. The second stupidity is the fact that the cast somehow still makes this a great movie, apparently through sheer force of will. It is in fact entirely possible that this film works because it is kinda dumb. Val Kilmer my 🐐🚫🧢
Brilliant thriller, Taron Eggerton does a brilliant job of convincing you it's a business comedy, and the rest of the film proves he's full of it. Gorgeous soundtrack, lighting and shot composition are cool as hell. Fun as hell. Among one of the best Cold War thrillers I've ever seen.
