  I don't care what anyone says I loooove this film and the visuals, it really is astonishingly accurate to surrealist dream vibes, as close as you can probably get in a movie. I also can't believe it has an official fucked up shitty sequel

  This is just shy of camp (which is a shame because it was written by a gay dude) but I was definitely entertained. Amazing creature design and practical effects, the baby crawling thing was my favorite. Wish they showed more of the cenobites dimension but leaving it to the imagination might be better
