When I say this movie was clever and annoying trust me. I was almost on the side of the killers with how naive and polite the Daltons' were being. It was seat-grippingly infuriating when they let themselves be put in these uncomfortable and eerie situations all because they were too polite to put their foot down. Perhaps it is just a me thing, but I was screaming at the screen during certain bits saying "JUST LEAVE!". Whether it was the…

Nosferatu 2024
Lily-Rose Depp was exceptional as Ellen. Her lines exemplifying her yearning for Thomas were delivered beautifully and with a siren-esque cadence that emphasised the romantic elements of the film. Chicken Little 2005
There's something quite magical about animated films about animals pre-2010 (e.g. Barnyard and Over The Hedge). Something about them that just oozes intrigue and swagger.

Monkey Man 2024
Monkey Man was not what I expected. Indian John Wick had me hooked in the fight scenes but the camera work in some of the movement/chase scenes was just nauseating.
Too many cuts and shaky POVs. The fact that this was during the middle of the film it took away from the build up at the start and the climax in the end.
The final fight with the cop dude was pretty cool too I guess.
Fun and violent film but nothing SPECTACULAR ygmTranslated from by
