It really doesn't even need to be Halloween to enjoy this classic comedy retelling of Scream. Adam Sandler uses a lot of his hyper-comedic dramatics to great success a la Little Nicky. Do yourself a favor and don't spoil the ending ! I forget it every time because I'm drunk as Hell each time I watch it so it's always a pleasant surprise.

I downloaded House on Limewire in 144p when I was 14 and even though you could barely tell what was happening through the digital distortion I knew that these were the best practical effects that I had ever seen. The story is so goofy and cute, plus there's a butt biting ghoul. True cinema.
