  Masterful show but still fuckin raging. First Utopia and now this, too many fire shows left unfinished. Oh well, the ending here still left me semi-satisfied but my god that final scene leaves me itching to know what happens next

  In today's lesson, we're gonna be examining Oliver Stone's Alexander (2004). A truly seminal text on the male gaze, this emotional tour de farce is more of an endurance test than an actual film. An excellent case study of how NOT to pace a film. Every scene feels like it goes on for way way too long.
