Evil Dead Trap 1988
this one is a satisfying mix of jhorror and giallo that mostly delivers in a violent manner. the killers theme is uninspired and overused. poor camera choices expose some amateurish sets.

really creepy and well shot. there’s so many great sets and locations. the score is unfortunately subpar quality. it isn’t particularly deep or compelling. Fabienne Dali is arguably the most beautiful a woman has ever looked on film. some of the production design is a little cheap looking.

Cellar Dweller 1987
wonderful, wonderful little film that i’ve never even heard of. super fun effects. this film is oozing with camp and it’s just a goofy time all around. Whitney is charming as a lead and the rest of the cast all play their silly little parts well. with a sub 80 minute runtime, you won’t regret popping this one in. the biggest flaw is the lack of art integration in too many of the kills.
