  This movie was not what I was expecting, but I really liked it in the end. I think the idea of time being a spectrum was really interesting, and I ended up really having connections with the characters.

  So I went and saw this by myself opening night, and it was so funny because the theater was essentially 4 or 5 couples and then 5 other guys sitting by themselves as far from anyone they could be. It was a night for the solo boys and the movie did not disappoint (I do wish there had been one or two more teary moments though, I was there for the cry)

  One of the greatest Vietnam films I have ever seen. Amazing flashback sequences and Oliver Stone’s ability to make patriotism and suburban family life feel eerie is superb. You can feel the delusions.
