The cinematography on this film was WAYYY ahead of its time, the experimental camera shots and editing used add an amazing texture to the film.
There is an odd tension in the air when you watch this movie. The constant feeling of paranoia, the idea that every person might "know" is haunting. The ending closes out this movie with a bittersweet note, making the viewer reflect back onto themselves and what they had just watched.
I love this movie.
