4.5 Stars- I was a little doubtful that this movie would be good. I was pleasantly surprised at the depth of the main character, Mickey. Robert Pattinson did a great job with this role. Mark Ruffalo was a little unrecognizable but he did a great job because I deeply disliked this character. There were some undertones of crazy church cult/Hitler vibes from Ruffalo and his crew. The gas experiments and the desire to gas the Creepers was reminiscent of the Holocaust, so this made the movie a little dark/depressing.
Loved the cute Creeper monsters!
