Well designed practical effects, gore & the designs of the infected with a suited score, beautiful visuals and a touching view on a father-daughter relationship. I especially love the transitional moments that showed us how the titular Wolf Man sees and hears the world through his own senses.
Unfortunately however, I overall found the film to be just okay. There are times when technical dialogue issues were apparent and the story its self, though taking a couple of aspects from its predecessor, to be quite cookie cutter.
A solid simple horror night or lazy Sunday type of film.
Though the locations and practical effects looked great. (Especially the raccoon going into the skin suit iykyk)
The writing and overall editing was a mess and quite painful to sit through.
V for Vendetta has always had a special place in my heart ever since I saw it as a child. The interesting yet terrifying reality of that world combined with the wonderful V themed vocabulary of Hugo Weaving makes for a thrilling viewing experience.
Natalie Portman and Stephen Fry's performances are excellent too as with the rest of the supporting cast.
The action is intense and the drama is nail biting, all you'd want from a dystopian thriller.
Binged the series in one sitting and had a a great time doing it.
With that classic Seth MacFarlane style in both humor and score, it really scratches that family guy itch.
Obviously the humor won't be for everyone but if you're in the mood for a little binge with some cheeky laughs, I highly recommend it.
