“Dibs on the shot-putter.” Same, girl!
The color, the costumes, the comedy - oh my god! Please bring back Technicolor to save movies from how washed out or dark they can be nowadays. Some of the looks are so stunning they almost made me emotional, and the choreography and coordination of the musical numbers are a genuine cinematic and artistic feat - I can’t wait to see them all again sometime!
