  Unbelievable lighting by Gordon Willis - the amount of time that goes past before any light hits Roy Scheider's face in his first scene is unbelievable.

  Fantastic Feeling in all the interiors - The tailors shop, the abandoned house next door to Jane Fonda's, the skyscraper.
  Of course, the unbelievable art design around Scheider's character for his second scene- gilded tan in a white suit.

  Exteriors all beautifully sunny - the dock, the fire…
