Immaculate. So much fit into an hour and a half. Characters are so dynamic and Saoirse Ronan has chemistry with literally everyone she shares a scene with. Such a beautiful portrayal of how our relationships change as we grow, and how love can take forms that we don’t necessarily feel is loving in the moment, but that we can come to understand with time.

A Real Pain 2024
Kieran Culkin is absolutely insane in this as Benji. His timing and ability to switch from comedic to serious and dark is unbelievable and his portrayal of joy, sorrow, and grief is so complex and compelling. Regardless of who you are or what your background is, I think you’ll find yourself relating to Benji in some way. His ultra-specific yet universal performance is what makes this movie so incredible. Highly recommend.
