Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade 1989
Watching for the first time as a father, with my son, this movie opened up even more than the first time I saw it in the theaters in 1989. I once thought Ford was phoning in this performance. I actually think he was stretching himself further than my imagination was capable of seeing. What a movie star, only junior to a performance so singular in Sean Connery’s Henry Jones. A duo so symbiotic it makes us see single.
