It was so human. Incredibly well done on all fronts (characters, cinematography, aesthetics, and message). I felt inspired, felt connected to women and the community I have yet to meet, but anyone can take something from this.

Watched for a multicultural psych class, and would rewatch many times. It feels like it takes place today despite being 20 years old. Thought provoking and complex; I encourage people to watch and reflect.

A lot going on

Good gore and visuals, besides shaky camera

Poor character building, meh feeling towards the movie, might have worked better as a series

I liked its take on misogyny and the subtle flaws between the characters. It leaves much up to interpretation.

Beautiful scenery although the camera does shake a bit.
