An exceptional movie that was at times slow and at times not slow enough. In a way the movie feels sort of underbaked—Will Munny needed more time to get back in the swing of things. More needed to happen on the hunt for the two men. It’s a simple story but unfortunately not in the simple and clean way, but in that it needs additional scenes and beats. Probably could stand to have some bits exchanged for more time with Will and Ned.

Unmatched ending sequence. Everything at the climax on should have been an extra hour or something.

After For a Few Dollars More, I figured I’d know what to expect from this third Leone film. And I was excited for it since I knew this is the one that holds the title of the greatest among the three and one of cinema’s best.

    It wasn’t what I expected.

Congratulations, Twisters and Cinemark. You have officially given me the worst theater experience I’ve had.

So it’s not the movie’s fault beyond what type of audience it might attract. It was good. Entertaining. Didn’t appreciate how the final epic encounter resolved—not because it betrayed what the film was setting up but because the science seems… silly? Maybe there’s truth to it idk.

But no, really, it’s Cinemark that holds the crown. Your rows are too narrow that anyone repositioning their…

It's a mess. If I went into this movie needing a quality script and story, I'd rate this so poorly and it would be justified.

But what's here is damn special to me. Great action, laughs, and heart. The Deadpool/Wolverine dynamic is so good. I expected more. I didn't expect all that's there. It's not close to perfect and I think it underdelivered in ways, but overall it's a major hit for me and has me in a big Marvel mood again--which so many recent entries haven't been able to do.
