  I'm convinced this film was written by the dog.

  Its totally incoherent plot is punctuated with NPC dialogue (Dad - "who's ready for ice cream?" Kids - "I do! I do!") and overt racism. The only inclusions/references to people of color are:

  --Caricature of a sassy black woman as wedding planner
  --Dog referencing his friend Pepe who "needs to make sure his papers in order"
  --and the thrift store-owning mom being a "real slave driver"

  Not to mention the dogs, which is the only reason anyone would decide to watch this movie, get barely any screen time.
