  Spent 5 bucks on this. Rose-tinted, cheery, and pretty goofy ––as all propaganda inherently is. Watching the edges of the frame is absolutely thrilling, seeing the unpaved streets and empty buildings they so barely managed to cut out of the frame. This isn't a raw look into life in North Korea, obviously.

  Can't say this didn't make me smile, though. Which I feel kind of icky saying. Did I laugh because of how hilariously transparent the propaganda is? Or did I really fall for their hallmark movie tropes and open my heart to childlike wonder???? Yikes! Regardless, it's a weird fuckin experience
