Lets get the good out of the way: the piano playing taco, the “Don’t Stop Believing” cover, and some of the visuals. Full stop.
Bad:
• Some of the worst acting I’ve seen in awhile, with Millie Bobby Bon Jovi looking like her acting talents went to the upside down
• Some of the visuals are just so meh, including all scenes of Mr. Peanut
• An awful plot that had me caring 0% of the time

This might be the best looking movie I’ve ever seen. It should clean up award season with the technical and costume/set design awards. The cinematography and effects were just gorgeous.…

The score, acting, cinematography, writing, directing, editing, and visuals were all incredible. The movie was a bit slow to hook me but once they went to Los Alamos, I was locked in. Cillian Murphy and RDJ deserve Oscar nominations at the least, and I imagine others like Emily Blunt will earn a nomination too. Loved the final line about how Oppenheimer thinks he did cause a chain reaction that would end the world, even if he didn’t literally do…
