  I don't want to understand Lynch. I don't want to analyze his movies shot by shot. For every viewing, I want to gaze at the picture he painted with a new fascination, a new emotion. I'm not interested in understanding, I'm interested in feeling. I like to think that that's what Lynch was hoping for. I thank him for everything.

  I'd like to be good with words and be able to accurately express what David Lynch's work represents to me. But I'm not. So I'll just think it very strongly.
