Bastille Day 2016
Bastille Day (UK release) The Take ( US release) was entertaining. I watched it after being drunk on holiday movies and needed a change of pace. Idris Elba’s performance makes you want to see him in more of those types of roles. Richard Madden delivered in his role of a pickpocket with a soul. I think this movie was a take on the 1968 television series, “It Takes A Thief” with Robert Wagner. Same premise. I think Elba and Madden could make a remake of either of these series with much success.
