Zack Snyder's Justice League 2021
Was good to see Zack’s original vision realised. Much better than the Jostice League but it took about 90 minutes to get past some rather gratuitous and superficial slo-mo that was entirely skin deep.
The film actually takes it self seriously this time round which was refreshing. The MCU style quips and gags were thankfully erased from this version. (But I wouldn’t want the MCU without them)
Also the music flipped from weirdly placed emotional vocal music to adrenaline pumping original score, with an extreme over use of Wonder Woman’s new theme/motif that sounds like it’s straight out ‘300’.
I’m glad he got to release version.

Stormbreaker 2006
It’s highly unlikely that Christopher Nolan and Heath Ledger took inspiration from this film but Mr Grin’s facial scars are suspiciously similar to that of The Dark Knight’s Joker.
Also the scene in the Science Museum reminded me of the time I threw up in the middle of the Museum on a hangover.
