  i hate it when directors have a brilliant idea but execute it in such a shallow manner. and let me clarify i am FULLY aware that this is a satire and embraces a campy style. ofc i don’t expect a body horror film that takes place in an obviously satirical hyper-reality to be strictly logical or deeply philosophical. however, i do believe it deserves a more thorough exploration of its themes and ideas, but it often feels like the narrative…
