  A slow-burn spy thriller that stays refreshingly subdued, keeping the tension simmering rather than relying on high-octane action. I like how it balances intrigue and restraint, favoring a more methodical, character-driven approach over the bombastic set pieces you typically see in the genre. And Cate Blanchett saying “gaping” had me sent.

  Probably the best haunted pool movie I’ve seen. The acting was decent. Subtle homage to Old Greg was a nice touch. The underwater breath holding was superbly amphibian-like. 10/10 would not recommend.
