A simple story that's filled with the complexity of a father-daughter relationship combined with the generational gap. Tzi Ma portrays such subtle expressions, but deep emotions that reminds me so much of my own dad. So many immigrants chase the "American Dream", but is it worth it to be so disconnected? Alan Yang did such a wonderful job of telling a multilayered quiet story.

Wow, there's a lot of mix reviews of this movie but I honestly loved it. I enjoyed the journey, the acting, the soundtrack, and how it all unfolded. Asides from the whole timeline being off, I thought it was great storytelling of life itself.

Good Omens 2019
David Tennant and Michael Sheen, what a duo. Good Omens was such a great book and there are only a few rare instances that a series adaptation does a book justice. This is one of those. The mini-series was super fun and funny! Neil, I think Terry would have been proud ❤️
