I love Nancy Meyers movies, man. They're just so wholesome! DeNiro and Hathaway have phenomenal chemistry, the story is cute, the side characters are funny, that random heist bit in the middle had me DYING!

Fun! That's the primary word that comes to mind with anything Looney Tunes and if you are a fan, you'll love it.
