  It’s Valentines Day and I’m in love. There is a way Europe feels and looks out of a train window and there is a way it feels when you could talk to someone for 24 hours a day and this film was incredible

  Conflicting film. On the one hand I’m obviously glad this guy existed and did what he did. However I’m not a fan of a holocaust film where the hero is a slavemaster war profiteer ultra capitalist (oh and he’s also literally a Nazi). 

  Not sure how to feel about it.

  It's a Wonderful Life 1946

  ★★★★½ Rewatched 22 Dec 2024

  My partner and I were supposed to go to the cinema to watch this but we had to cancel due to feeling too sick. We watched it at home feeling pretty sorry for ourselves- but then this films takes a hold of you and you’re there. We felt better for watching it, it may not be wonderful all the time but it’s not all bad either.
