Well, where do I even begin? Watching Carry On felt like I had just been tricked into entering some kind of cruel social experiment designed to test my patience and tolerance for mind-numbing mediocrity. Imagine spending two hours of your life with your face slowly morphing into a permanent grimace, as you realize you’ve just thrown away what could have been precious moments you’ll never get back. Honestly, I’d rather be banging my head against a wall for the same duration—at least that way, I’d get some kind of physical sensation, some release. This movie is just a vacuum for time and sanity
