  Despite some significant narratives flaws, I really enjoyed this movie. Featuring a great performance by Jamie Lee Curtis (and by everyone really), the film handles Michael Myers effectively, with him in the background of shots and seeming almost invincible yet still mortal (unlike, say, his rival Jason). He's threatening and scary, something many other Halloween sequels failed to do.   Despite some decent action in the third act and Glover's performance being over-the-top but in a good way (he is the most engaging part of this movie), this movie is awful. Cringe-worthy acting and dialogue, mind-numbingly dumb story, pointless characters who have little to no motivation to do the things they do most of the time. The Predator itself looks good, but, in the end, everything in this film is rather boring. I kept looking at the clock to see when this movie would end since it was so painful.
