  i wanted to kill myself the whole time, i laughed so much but also cringed so hard. to me, it was just about a woman having a massive midlife crisis, completely losing it between her husband she doesn't really love, her shitty job, and her family life. there's not even a real plot, the two characters have zero chemistry, and all the people calling this movie seductive, hot, etc…..? found it extremely uncomfortable… i'm so mad that this ended up being my first movie of 2025. i just hope i'll forget about it lol

  fleur gives her all, chen-pang gives… nothing, and 50 years later, she realizes she sacrificed everything for a mid guy. that describes men in general !

  i really loved the passion, devotion, and sensuality with which she loved him. i’m wondering if i need to rewatch this to live and understand it even better, but either way, i really loved fleur.
