  it's the best die hard

  all killer no filler in this movie. jumps right into action, ends as soon as the villain is defeated. just two hours of cool stunts and fun quips.

  the dynamic between bruce willis and sam jackson is so interesting. weirdly this movie confronts racism more head on than like 85% of action blockbusters do right now and it came out 25 years ago. maybe that's a sign of how good this movie is, maybe that's a sign of how little we've progressed as society since then.

  jeremy irons as a villain is good as hell too
