Well, I have now seen The Greasy Strangler. I can confirm that it exists and is a…thing.
This “movie” is exactly what it wanted to be and I guess on that level it works perfectly. But I guess the question is, who is this for? Who was asking for this movie?
I don’t know, could be a surreal masterpiece or could be utter shit. Might take someone like Oancitizen to explain which.

Night of Something Strange 2016
Somewhere in here was a good movie struggling to get out. It’s strangled by jokes that don’t land, uneven acting, unlikeable characters, inconsistent writing and a tone that’s all over the place. Who said that a good black comedy can make horrible situations funny while a bad black comedy assumes they are? That describes about half this movie’s problems. But every now and then there’s a flash of inspiration that keeps me from regretting watching it.

Very Bad Things 1998
This is the worst movie I have ever seen.
I do not say this lightly. There is literally not one redeeming factor here. Not one performance saves it. Not one scene or line got the needed reaction. The score was unremarkable. There weren't even any unintentional laughs.
