Gladiator II 2024
Disappointing. Why’d they make a sequel from such an incredible movie? This isn’t in the same stratosphere as Gladiator, which, in my opinion, is one of the best movies of all time. So, this was facing an uphill battle from the start and I heard everyone tell me their review prior to watching and people have been all over the place.

The Grand Budapest Hotel 2014
Wes Anderson is super weird and I think in this particular story, his weirdness hits. The score is perfectly matched with the story and characters. I can't say enough about Ralph Fiennes performance. The creativity in WA's filmmaking is extraordinary.
