Mickey 17 was a movie that didn’t take itself too seriously and it did a great job of that. It was a hilarious movie that managed to make the theater laugh out loud which to me is impressive. Mad respect to Mickey 17 he was a real lover and a real yearner, going through hell everyday as long as he had someone who loved him for him to go home to.

Very unique movie to me an incredibly modern take on a romance movie it’s weird and messy and charming. The chemistry between yas and dom is amazing. In love with the use of constant flashbacks as well as the look of the flashback scenes and I love wide angle lenses so much so the constant use of the wide angle is fucking rad.

What to say about kung fu panda 2, it is truly my favorite movie of all time, beautifully animated and wonderfully written. It is an homage to classic martial arts movies in choreography and silliness yet is incredibly heartfelt and inspiring. Widely agreed as the best movie of the franchise the animated children’s movie deals with overcoming trauma and to this day I still watch clips or edits of the film when I’m down.
