A ruthlessly detailed account of how nuclear war and its attached holocaust would devestate the UK, specifically the city of Sheffield. It follows a group of people who go about their lives with the growing threat of nuclear weapons being highlighted in the news, and with growing tensions, we are shown how the individuals react to such news.
The film makes no attempt to glorify the post apocalyptic setting that one might expect from a piece about a post apocalyptic world, but instead, in a documentary style, it simply tries to depict what would happen if the warheads fell on Britain.
