Since I was on vacation for the second half of October, I wasn’t able to watch many horror movies. So I’m trying to make up for that in November and I started with The Omen. I really didn’t know what to expect and it didn’t even feel like a horror movie. Until it did. Once shit started poppin off we were all hooked. Pretty brutal death scenes for multiple characters, but since it came out in 76 the graphics aren’t good enough to be truly frightening. Behind the Exorcist, its the best 70’s horror movie I’ve seen. 7/10
This was a great finale to the xmen movies, or at least to wolverine’s story. I can’t believe it took me 5 years to finally watch it. Had no idea it was rated R and surprised the hell out of me to see a kid literally tearing bad guys apart. It was quite brutal, but it was a really fun adventure movie. 7.5/10
