the color tones when they were in the amogus suits were amazing, it had a retro feel to it. and the effects were spectacular, like the blobby flesh and liquid floating, for example.
nice that they did not beat around the bush on the characters and just threw audiences into the rush of rocket's situation.
the backstory of rocket was really good, suited a more mature audience's taste. esp during lylla's scene
first half of the movie kept me hook but the second half felt like there was unnecessary scenes and just felt draggy.

awesome cinematics like the grain, the dolly pans, compositions, transitions within the same take, framing in frames, sometimes almost felt like a painting. also reminded me of in cold blood a lil bit. however perhaps too slow for something I would consider a thriller
