Long live the new flesh am I right? Ok conceptually very cool but its execution can be a very slow burn. There are some really fantastic scenes, basically a movie about a VHS AI that is like a parasite wrapped up in an acid trip. Debbie Harry is the true star tbh, many scenes without her were kind of putting me to sleep tbh.

Riley carried this film! Taylour is extremely beautiful and was a great dancer but didn’t feel like she embodied the character well enough. They must’ve wanted greater contrast between them. The source material is so fun and the script somehow watered it down a bit. Especially the ending *spoiler alert* not that everything has to be wrapped up in a bow, but the way Zola described going back to the airport was perfect. They just left us with all this…
