I've avoided rewatching this film because I knew it would make me cry again but I'm glad I finally got around to rewatching it. It's incredibly well done. It is very sad but for such good reasons. I'm really able to connect with Rocket's storyline because I had those comic books as a kid. It's so sad seeing Groot say goodbye to Gamora because she was a mother to him. He lost her and she came back with no memory of him and he doesn't even get a real goodbye. I cried like 7 times throughout this rewatch.
