Putting pressure on your loved one to meet her family just isn't okay. She has the right not to expose your relationship to homophobia from her family. She may simply be afraid and not want to overcome this. It's her decision. And if you don't agree with that, decide if it's a deal breaker. Just don't put pressure on the person you love.
Having said that, I understand being disappointed with the situation, but show some understanding.
The film itself, although short, made you feel the tension. Well captured feelings and nice cinematography.
