Terrifier 2 2022
Definitely the most well-developed Art the clown movie yet. Definitely hope there’s a 3rd. Mid-credits they kinda suggested it. Death scenes were pretty fuckin sweet. I must say it was really well imagined and well played out for a gratuitous gore film. The actress who played the main character was a perfect casting. So weird to know that the guy who plays Art, the silent clown, is known for his voice acting roles in kids cartoons. What a departure. the movie got 85% on rotten tomatoes and I think it’s a perfect score. Loved it.

This reminds me of a not-as-great Deep Impact. Has more in common with that than it does with stuff like The Day After Tomorrow and whatnot.

Some of the visual effects AND sound effects almost feel unfinished which is kind of jawdropping. Where are the roaring winds and constant crashing sounds?!
That was fun. Not very good and pretty predictable all around but it was enjoyable. <3
