Fritz the Cat 1972
Well I finally finished this historically Animated film and it was one for the books.
Love the biting satire of Leftist politics and how opportunistic seemingly leftist people project when they are only appropriating the pleasures of the culturally significant aspirations.
Love the depiction of Police and the realities of their Brutality. The comedy is severely utilized in making fun of crude aspects of society.
This is a smart production with cool use of animation and music.

Didn’t finish this, wife thinks Parker Posey is a terrible actress and I am not arguing with her despite knowing how well she acts in other projects/scenes.
Because in the scene she said that I whole heartedly agree and made me turn this movie off. Idk if I’ll even finish this because it just didn’t click within the first 10 mins and I wasn’t engaging with it for another 40 mins of the film either

Saw this for me and my Boo’s Valentine’s Date.
Lauren Palmer was so damn good in this and SZA was keeping up with her it was such a refreshing to watch. I want to physically own this because it was entertaining and a contemporary West Coast Classic feeling to it. But it’s Women fronted, Produced and Written by one.
I hope that this team works together again for our entertainment. Hopefully as a movie or a Show. Makes me want to get the show Rap Shit.
