The Texas Chain Saw Massacre 1974
This was pretty fun, albeit a little boring as it took a while to really get started. Not very scary or disturbing at all compared to stuff that’s come out these days, but I was happy to see the inspiration for many of the great horror films that have come out since.

The Invisible Man 2020
Amazing and intense action scenes just like in Upgrade. I was shocked at how well made it was. Although it seemed to drag at some points, it’s the first solid horror film of the year for me. Really enjoyed!

Irreversible 2002
From the moment the droning bass kicks off at the beginning of the film, Noe’s cinematography drew me into the harrowing and bleak underground world of Irréversible. While rather excessive in its violence and raw exploitation, this harrowing cinematic experience managed to properly shake me and inspire me with its unconventional storytelling structure and style.
