  It's a shame no one seemed to talk to the author when he was alive in great detail about him writing these books. His son and he were unfortunately estranged. So, there's not a lot of good insights into the process of the author creating these books. There's a little, but really that would have been the best part of the story...
  As someone else stated, this leans more towards tribute than documentary. I would have to agree.
